INGREDIENTS :

3 eggs
60 g of flour
100 g caster sugar
150 g of pastry chocolate
1 teaspoon of yeast
80 g of butter
50 g of almond powder

INSTRUCTIONS : 

1. Before starting the preparation, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. In the microwave, melt the chocolate.
3. Then in a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, until the mixture whitens.
4. After adding the flour, yeast.
5. Add the melted butter, almond powder and chocolate.
6. Mix well.
7. Pour the mixture halfway up the buttered cake pan.
8. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
9. Wait 5 minutes before unmolding.
10. Let it cool down.
11. Serve with whipped cream.
